Kia Prestige - Used Vehicle Extended Warranty Plan
Kia Motors Australia are pleased to announce that the Kia Prestige Extended Warranty is available for Kia vehicles up to 3 years old. Kia Prestige is an extended warranty program that increases the new vehicle warranty period for an additional two (2) years and thirty thousand (30,000) kilometres from the original warranty start date.
Previously, this extended warranty program was only available on new vehicles, at the time of original purchase. Now, Kia have extended the program to cover vehicles that are still within the Kia new car warranty.
This means that customer vehicles still covered by the new car warranty can upgrade their warranty coverage from 3 years to 5 years, and from 100,000km to 130,000km (whichever occurs first).
As an additional benefit, Kia Roadside Assistance is also included in the program, and covers vehicles until expiry of the extended warranty (5 years or 130,000km, whichever occurs first).
The Kia Prestige extended warranty has the same inclusion/exclusions as the original factory warranty and is underwritten by Kia Motors Australia (KMAu). To be eligible for the Kia Prestige extended warranty program, vehicles must still be covered by the original warranty (3 years/100,000km).
